The Portugese Montado exemplar from the OPERAs project held a work session on the 8th April to move towards the creation of a Stakeholders platform for this study into the cultural landscapes of the Montado region. Facilitatied session were held to find out about attendees 1) concept of ecosystem services and natural capital, 2) which ecosystem services they believe the montado currently provides, and 3) what their expectations for the services to be derived from the montado in 2050 are. This was be the first session of a series of three to be held this year.
